Vegan in Hanoi: Zenith Yoga Studio II & Cafe

Imagine you're in Hanoi and craving something familiar and light for lunch such as sandwiches, pittas and burgers - you know, typical food you find in England and such - where can you find it? Well, I found a perfect cafe shop where you can find just that a couple of days ago! The place is called Zenith Yoga Studio II & Cafe.

We will only be discussing the cafe bit, but as the name suggested, it's a yoga studio, so if you're interested, that's a bonus for you!

"Zenith" is missing an "i" there haha

Don't just the place by the outlook though because trust me, the inside is just so so great - clean and cozy! I'm positive that regular customers are foreign. Anyway, I can go on about how love the place and its atmosphere, but maybe we should move on to a more pressing and important matter: FOOD!

Officially a Two-Year Vegan: Looking Back & Forward

It's my second "veganniversary" today, the 21st of June! Going vegan is definitely the best decision I have ever made in my life! I'm more excited and looking forward to the day I'm turning vegan than my birthday haha Plus, I don't even need to celebrate because I mean, c'mon, I celebrate practically everyday just by eating all the good vegan and keeping on and carrying on leading this amazing lifestyle.

However, I want to let it all out with this post, especially the guilt I feel everyday knowing that I used to participate in all the meat eating and so on. So yes, let's start with the looking back.

[UPDATED 18/08/2017] Vegan in Hanoi: Loving Hut Thế Giới Chay

*UPDATE (18/08/2017): This LH branch in Hanoi has moved to a new address: 147b Âu Cơ, Quận Tây Hồ, Hà Nội*

I'm back in Hanoi, Vietnam, so if you've been following my instagram, you should see that I started including hashtags such as "veganinhanoi" and "veganinvietnam". I do so to let other vegans who plan on visiting Vietnam - Hanoi in particular - know of places to eat. Plus, a small hope that there might be some vegans around in Hanoi and Vietnam as a whole who might spot my photos so that I may know some more vegans and/or vegetarians in this meat-loving country..

Anyway, back to the main point: where might a vegan eat in Hanoi, Vietnam?

Fortunately, in Hanoi, we have Loving Hut. YES, we do! Loving Hut is definitely a safe haven for vegans around the world. It's a one sure place where vegans can enjoy their meal without having to be suspicious about the food brought to the table haha (or maybe it's just me heh)

Vegan Eats in Singapore

Have you ever been to Singapore? I have. Actually, I've been there quite a few times already. However, I must say that I enjoyed my trip there last summer the most.

Why? I'm vegan now, and it is just so much fun discovering veggie-friendly restaurants. Before I went there, I searched for so veggie and veg-friendly restaurants online and found a bunch! I didn't get to visit all of them, but here are the ones that I did go to or accidentally found.

Never miss your breakfast. Go big on it!

So.. here I am again after a long long time without any post at all. I do apologise. I don't even have any valid reason, either haha. Blogging takes time and I'm anything but patient. Sorry, I'll try my best to keep this blog going.

Anyway, let's start with the bloggin!

Well, I'm studying in England at the moment. Already in my third and final year meaning that I only have a few months left in this country. Super duper upsetting! >.< Oh well, it's all my fault for suddenly wanting to change.. actually, not change but rather do what I've always dreamed and wanted.

Okay, so while in England, what should you choose for breakfast? Silly question! Of course, full English breakfast (duh!). Sure, it can be heavy, but seriously, it tastes so good, so who cares if it's heavy. Plus, you will stay full for longer which is totally a good thing ;) Yep, full vegan breakfast I'm talking about here.

Now, the question is where???
  • Well, first location, at home!
Cook something up :) It's always worth it!
